Xyzios started as the system running a real studio business — built nightly, against real numbers, by people who had to trust it with their own revenue first.
Erin founded our studios; Bill built Xyzios. When we set out to grow the business, the plan hit a wall that had nothing to do with ambition: every number we needed lived somewhere else. Reports pulled one at a time from the booking platform. Ad spend in one dashboard, leads in another, and the by-hand math connecting them — leads called, intros sold, intros converted, members quietly slipping away. All of it stacked on top of actually running studios: instructors, schedules, reviews, promotions.
Even between the two of us it felt impossible — and we were planning to expand. So Bill built the system we needed to exist: every number on one screen, goals with a tracked path, and an AI staff working the nights.
