Data deletion

This page explains how to have data removed from Xyzios — including anything we obtained from a platform you connected, such as Meta, Google, or your booking system.
If you are a customer using Xyzios
Disconnect one platform
In the app, open My Connections and disconnect the platform. We stop reading from it immediately and delete the data we pulled from it within 30 days. You can also revoke our access from the platform's own settings — that cuts the connection at their end straight away, and the deletion timeline is the same.
Delete everything
Email privacy@xyzios.com from an address on the account, or ask us in writing, and we will delete your entire dataset — members, memberships, orders, attendance, uploaded financials, agent history, and staff accounts. We confirm in writing when it is done.

If you are a member of a business that uses Xyzios
Your record belongs to the business you are a member of, not to us — they decide what to keep and we act on their instruction. Contact that business first; they can delete you from their booking system, which removes you from Xyzios on the next sync.
If you would rather come to us directly, write to privacy@xyzios.com with your name, the business, and the email or phone they have for you. We will pass the request to that business and make sure it is honoured, and we will tell you when it is done. We ask for those details only to find the right record — nothing more.
Stopping messages
To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message and the number is suppressed immediately and permanently. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in the footer of any message. Neither requires deleting your record, and a suppression is kept precisely so it can be honoured — that is the one piece of data that survives a deletion request, because losing it would mean contacting you again by accident.
Confirming a deletion
Every deletion request gets a written confirmation naming what was removed and when. If you asked and have not heard back within 30 days, chase us at privacy@xyzios.com — we would rather be chased than have you assume it happened.
